Privacy policy

Mia Personal Gmail · Updated 8 September 2026

Mia Personal Gmail is operated by its sole user for personal use.

Data access and use

With the owner’s authorization, Mia accesses Google account identity and Gmail message details and text to find and summarize email on request. Access is read-only.

Sharing and protection

Selected email content is sent to the configured AI provider, such as OpenAI, to generate responses delivered through Signal. Google credentials are kept in protected local storage and are not sent to the AI provider or published on this website.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train generalized AI models. Its use and transfer adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Credentials are stored while the connection is enabled. Email excerpts and responses may remain in local conversation records, backups and Signal history until deleted by the owner. Provider retention follows the applicable service terms and settings.

The owner can revoke access through Google Account connections and delete stored credentials and records using local and provider controls. Revocation does not delete existing copies.

This website and privacy requests

This informational website does not collect mailbox content or use analytics. Hosting may produce standard access logs. The owner, who also operates the application, manages privacy requests and deletion through their existing private Mia conversation and account controls.
